Women on Wheels Programme
Women on Wheels is a cycling programme that caters for cyclists of all abilities. It is suitable for women that want to cycle more regularly for commuting, leisure or fitness. Each week, participants will learn skills to help them progress to cycling confidently and safely in various road settings. Each session is structured so participants gain confidence and improve bike handling skills.
Bikes and helmets will be provided to anyone who needs them. Safety checks will be carried out on Week 1 to assess if your own bike/helmet is safe to use.
The course is run over 6 weeks led by qualified and experienced Roscommon Sports Partnership Cycling instructors.
