Let's Dance for Children aged 7 to 12 year old with Intellectual Disabilities starts this Thursday the 28th of January.This fun 6 week programme will be great given the current lock down to get your children active and enjoy music and dance. It will be delivered by the very experienced Ms Trisha from the McDermott School of Dance in Roscommon.Music and exercise work as a great stimulus for all children but especially those with Intellectual Disability.
