⭐️ ATC IS MOVING FOR MENTAL HEALTH ⭐️
What a rough start to the year! Not only do we find ourselves still working our way through what is traditionally known as the longest and hardest month of the year, we are also enduring it through another lockdown with a lot of real uncertainty around all aspects of life at the moment. Ultimately we are all experiencing a real knock to our motivation and mood - it’s hard out there right now!!
But, it is now during these toughest of times, that we need to focus on our overall health and wellbeing and take care of both our minds and our bodies. We need to place the emphasis on keeping active, maintaining our fitness, staying in touch and minding not only our physical health, but most importantly our mental health.
At ATC, we recognise that it is now more important than ever to our club and it’s many wonderful members, that we continue to motivate, encourage, inspire and support each other as best we can. That we stay connected with one another and we continue to reap the many health benefits that we can experience simply by keeping our attention on moving and exercising.
This week, we kick off our brand new Club Campaign as we encourage our members to keep “MOVING FOR MENTAL HEALTH”. To dedicate that time to get out within their 5KM exercise limits and not only boost their fitness but also their mood and their morale! To commit to jumping on that virtual training session to interact and connect with a group and keep in touch! To make those personal goals, work towards them and smash them! To focus on staying well.
We are, after-all, all in this together 🖤💛
Join us on our stories throughout the coming weeks and see our members check in as we keep #ATCMovingForMentalHealth
