The Pedal Your Way To Health Cycling programme is a six week FREE online programme organised by Roscommon Sports Partnership and Irish International cycling star Daire Feeley. Daire, with years of cycling experience under his belt racing as a Professional Cyclist and representing the Irish National Cycling Team at European and World Championships, has designed this six week programme, to help you, “Pedal Your Way To Health”.
The programme is suited to anyone who is relatively new to cycling or has been cycling at a recreational level.
Each week, the individuals who have signed up to the programme will receive a weekly training plan via email. Also, a weekly email will be sent to all participants to provide them with feedback and support on their training.
Participants on the programme will need a bike, helmet, reflective jacket and a device to record time (e.g. a standard watch, mobile phone, or fitness tracker).
Places are available on a first come, first served basis. The programme begins on Monday, June the 8th, 2020.
