Calling all Men over 35 in Roscommon!

Roscommon Sports Partnership have teamed up with Full Body Workhouse in Roscommon to run a programme especially for men over 35. 

The Mens 35+ Introduction to Resistance Training programme is for complete beginners, or men wanting to get back to the gym. It's a six-week programme, offering twelve coached sessions in total, including two personal training sessions and education on training, nutrition and mindset. 

The programme commences on Monday 6th January, 2020 at 7.30pm for registration. It will continue every Monday and Wednesday from 8pm -9pm until the 12th February, 2020.

To make this programme accessible to everyone it is subsidised by Roscommon Sports Partnership and offers amazing value at only โ‚ฌ45 for the six-week programme
