Our 2nd annual Woodlands for Health programme concluded on Tuesday - we finished our 12 weekly walks with a lovely meal in The Percy French Hotel after a good 4.7km looped walk on the picturesque Sliabh Ban recognised Coillte site in Co. Roscommon.
We ventured up Sliabh Bán on week 2 of our walks and the group were much more comfortable completing the longer route this time around!
Thanks to all involved in organising, funding and supporting us and the participants on this journey.
We are already planning the 3rd Woodlands for Health!
