National Recreation Week 2014 takes place from Monday June 2nd – Sunday June 8th

National Recreation Week takes place on Monday, 2nd June 2014, to Sunday, 8th June 2014.

This is a nationwide celebration of recreational activities for young people.

Roscommon County Council in conjunction with Roscommon Sports Partnership will be providing a range of events over the coming week.  The purpose of the National Recreation Week 2014 is to highlight the importance of recreation for young people and to encourage an inter-agency approach to achieving this to promote opportunities for young people between the ages of 12 and 18. All activities are Free of Charge.

Hip Hop & Musical Theatre Dance Workshop – Mon 2nd June – Gleesons, Roscommon Town @ 11 am – 1pm.
